Dark Horse Technical Services is an independent, student-run service based in South Central Pennsylvania. I build and improve straightforward websites and help people put essential security settings in place.

- Focused updates to an existing site: clearer content, responsive layouts, accessibility, performance, and routine maintenance.
- Security basics
- Help with HTTPS, security headers, updates, backups, multi-factor authentication, safer account settings, and a plain-language checklist for what comes next.
I’m currently a student, so I keep engagements small and clearly scoped. I do not offer penetration testing, incident response, compliance certification, or advanced security audits. If a request is beyond my experience, I’ll say so and help identify the right kind of specialist.
